Your nervous system called. It wants an elephant.

Days where the loudest thing is a lion at dusk.
A bucket list that grounds you as it thrills you.
A small herd of rebels, led by the oldest, wisest woman in the room.

Choose between an 8 or 13 night adventure.

Two countries. One wild herd.

We land in Victoria Falls, where the Zambezi throws itself off a cliff and the mist makes its own rainbows. Two nights at a partner lodge in town ease us in, with a guided walk through the rainforest trail at the edge of the Falls, then a choice of sunrise yoga on the banks of the Zambezi or an e-bike ride to the local market.

On day three we cross into Botswana and drift down the Chobe River by boat, packed lunch in hand, as elephants and hippos gather at the water. A game drive through Chobe National Park delivers us to our own private safari camp on the edge of the park, home for six nights, with an open-air shala looking out over the floodplains.

Mornings belong to the mat: grounding practice and meditation with Shelley, built on the oldest safari skill there is, the art of sitting still and witnessing. Days bring game drives through Chobe, nature walks on the floodplains near camp, and a visit to a nearby village for basket weaving, drumming, cooking and dance workshops. One night we gather at the boma for dinner by the fire and traditional dance.

The 8-night Yoga Safari wraps here on September 26. Want to keep the adventure going? Add the mobile safari and make it 13 nights. Four nights on a mobile safari carry the herd through Savuti, predator country known for big cats and huge elephant herds, and on to Khwai, where the savannah meets the waterways of the Okavango Delta. Game drives at dawn and dusk, dinner over an open fire, and nights under canvas and a sky full of stars. We finish where we began, with one last sunset at Victoria Falls on September 30, and fly home October 1.

On either journey, airport pickup in Victoria Falls, every transfer along the way and the ride back to the airport are handled. All you have to do is show up.

Every meal from lunch on arrival day to breakfast on the last morning is covered, along with water, coffee, tea and juice. Airport pickup in Victoria Falls, every transfer between lodges, and the ride back to the airport are handled. For the ones who want more, an optional five-night mobile safari carries the herd deeper, through Savuti and Khwai to the doorway of the Okavango Delta.

All you have to do is show up.
