The world is on fire. Let's go sit in a sweat lodge and plot how to change that.
You've been holding up the sky. Running on fumes and fury. Showing up for everyone while your own cup sits empty.
Pachamama has a different plan for you: seven days at 9,000 feet in a private mountain sanctuary that belongs to just 18 of us. Here, the mountains are gods, the rivers carry memory, and the old version of you finally gets to go.
Rest is resistance. Shedding is mandatory.
The temazcal. The offering. The fire.
We open by kneeling together to make a traditional Andean offering to Pachamama, weaving our gratitude and intentions into a gift for the Earth. Then we enter the temazcal, the womb of the Earth, where heat, steam, darkness and prayer strip away everything you no longer need. You crawl in carrying the old skin and walk out without it. On our final night we circle the fire beneath a sky thick with stars, burn every skin we shed, and speak aloud what we're claiming next.
Seven days. Three worlds. One new skin.
The week follows the three worlds of Andean cosmology. The Serpent rules the world below: roots, shadow, and the skin you're ready to shed. The Puma rules this world: muscle, appetite, courage. The Condor rules the world above: vision, spirit, the long view. Descend. Rise. Fly.
The Threshold
Touch down in Cusco and ride our group transfer down into the Sacred Valley. Opening circle as the light goes gold on the peaks, then a welcome dinner under the first stars.
Serpent: Into the Root
Low, slow morning practice for hips, belly and spine, then a traditional Andean offering to Pachamama. Tonight you name the skin you came here to shed.
Serpent: The Great Shedding
Today's medicine is heat. We enter the temazcal for steam, darkness, prayer and song, then spend the rest of the day soft, slow and wide open.
Serpent: New Skin
A sinuous morning flow that teaches you to move like water. The afternoon is yours: journal, wander the gardens, nap, or claim your 60-minute massage.
Puma: Wild Body
A guided hike along ancient pathways and Inca terraces, then clay and color on a terrace above the valley. Long-table dinner, big laughs.
Condor: Sound + Fire
A deep sound bath that quiets even the busiest mind. At nightfall we circle the fire under the Andean sky. Final night, full hearts.
Homecoming
One last practice, one last breakfast with your chosen family, and group transfers back to Cusco.

Shelley Carroll
I've been teaching yoga since 2010 and leading people around the world ever since. Peru is where I go when I need to remember who I am. I hold the container, I handle every detail, and I make sure you laugh as hard as you cry.
You bring the old skin. Pachamama handles the rest.
Your mountain sanctuary
For six nights the whole place is ours. Practice in open-air spaces that hang over the Andes, wander gardens that grow your dinner, and fall asleep in a bungalow or suite with the mountains right outside. After dark, look up: the Milky Way pours across the sky, the river the Inca called Mayu.

Good to know
How do I get there?
Fly into Cusco (CUZ), usually through Lima. Our group transfer picks you up at the Cusco airport and brings you down into the Sacred Valley. We share the arrival and departure transfer windows before final payment.
What about the altitude?
We stay at about 9,000 feet, lower than Cusco. Take it easy on arrival, drink lots of water, and enjoy the coca tea. Many travelers talk with their doctor about altitude medication before the trip. We'll send you altitude guidance ahead of the retreat, and most people feel at home within a day or two.
Do I need yoga experience?
All levels are welcome. Every practice offers options, so brand-new yogis and longtime practitioners both get what they need.
Can I come solo?
Absolutely. Most of our guests come solo. Book a shared room and we'll match you with a roommate, or choose a private room for your own space.
Is Machu Picchu included?
Machu Picchu is an optional add-on before or after the retreat. Ask us and we'll help you plan it.
What should I pack?
Layers for warm days and cool nights, a rain jacket, sturdy walking shoes, a swimsuit for the temazcal, sunscreen, a hat and a reusable water bottle. We send a full packing list before you go.
What's the cancellation policy?
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance is required, and we strongly recommend Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage. Buy it the day you book.
